FRAC Grand Large

To accompany GIGANTISME and assist visitors in comprehending the diverse questions and themes as they explore the exhibitions and the city, the LAAC and the FRAC have joined forces to produce free mediation tools (guidebooks in French, Dutch and English, a fun “observation booklet” for children, etc.) and organize various discovery events and activities (guided tours, tours for visitors with specific needs, workshops, training sessions, etc.). GIGANTISME will resonate with the Dunkirk territory, its history and inhabitants. Numerous projects will be implemented to create a veritable dynamism.

  • Every Saturday at 11:30 am: family visits of Space is a House at the FRAC.
  • Every Sunday at 3pm: visit of one of the LAAC exhibitions.
  • Every Sunday at 4.30 pm: visit of Space is a House at the FRAC.

Cultural mediators will be at your disposal Saturdays afternoons and Sundays at the LAAC, FRAC and Halle AP2.

As part of High Points, Low Points, three special visits are offered to understand gigantism through the eyes of artists, historians, specialists.
