13 June 2025 – 31 August 2025

Opening: 13 June 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

The Élèves à l’œuvre (EAO) program, set up by the Frac Grand Large in collaboration with the Rectorate of the Lille Academy, offers schools in the region the opportunity to host works from the collection for the duration of an exhibition.

The 2024–2025 edition was built around the theme of objects, their fabrication, and the relationships they maintain with each other and with space.

In response to the loan of artworks, teachers worked with their students to design artistic projects inspired by the pieces from the collection exhibited in their schools. The works produced are presented in a dedicated space on the first floor of the building. Students showcase a variety of mediums: photography, writing, sound creation, and performance. The Frac’s design objects, which have fueled their thinking and imagination, will also be displayed alongside the students’ creations.

With the participation of: Collège du Caraquet, Desvres; Collège Frédéric Joliot-Curie, Lallaing; Lycée Alexandre Ribot, Saint-Omer; Collège Gaspard Malo, Dunkirk; École Marcelin Berthelot, Dunkirk; Collège Jean Jaurès, Bourbourg; École Marcel Valcke, Looberghe; École Georges Brassens, Coudekerque-Branche.
